Change Password

To change your password, navigate to the "My Account" section in the dashboard sidebar menu. Once in the dashboard, locate the "Account Details" section and click on the "Confirm send" button to initiate the process of password change for your account.

In the Change Password pop-up window, confirm your email address and click the "Send" button. We will send an email to your registered mailbox. Click on the Reset Password link in the email to set a new password. Click the "Submit" button to complete the process.

If you log in with your Google account, you will see "Set Password" in the dashboard-My Account after entering the dashboard. Click "Set Password", set the login password in the settings window, and click the "Submit" button to set it successfully.

If you forget your password, please click Reset Password on the login page, enter your email address, and we will send an email containing a reset password link to your mailbox. Please click on the link in the email to reset your account password.

In order to better protect your account security, we require each user to verify their email address before resetting their password.

If you do not receive the email or fail to modify the password, please try to clear the browser cache, log in again, and modify the password again.
