# How does 711Proxy billing work?

711Proxy's billing cycle starts from the date of the payment, and the specific duration of the cycle depends on the proxy product you purchase:

Residential Proxies - Pay/GB: The package validity period includes 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days. If your GB has been used up before the expiration date, you can purchase a GB plan again to keep your account active; if there are still unused GBs in your account before the expiration date, they will be frozen in your account. Once you purchase a new GB plan, they will be reactivated and have a new billing cycle.

Residential Proxies - Pay/IP: The package has no expiration limit. Each use consumes 1 IP count, and unused IPs will not expire in the account.

Unlimited Proxies: The validity period depends on the level supported by the plan you choose. Currently, there are hourly trial, 1 day, 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days.

SOCKS5 Proxies: The package validity periods include 15 days and 30 days, with daily usage ranging from 100 to 1000 IPs.

Static Residential Proxies: The validity period depends on the level supported by the plan you choose. Currently, there are 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. Before the plan expires, you can renew the active IP to keep using it.

Enterprise Plan: The purchased enterprise plan comes with a certain amount of proxies in your enterprise account pool, the unused proxies in the enterprise account will never expire. The distributed proxies are available for 90 days from the date they are assigned to the member account

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.711proxy.com/faq/payments-and-accounts/how-does-711proxy-billing-work.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
