# What should I do if my referral or reward is missing from my account?

First, please confirm with your referrer that they have purchased our plan and completed the payment. 

Second, please note that orders paid via wallet top-up or using wallet balance are not eligible for commission. Orders paid with cryptocurrency, PayPal, or credit cards will have a corresponding delay in settlement time; please refer to the [documentation](/features/referral-program.md) for details. 

Once the above conditions have been ruled out, please contact us via the live chat on our website for assistance, and our support team will investigate and resolve the issue.
