IP Whitelist
In this article, we will guide you through the steps for managing your IP Whitelists. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the concept of IP Whitelisting by reviewing our "Authentication Methods" documentation beforehand, which explains the need to whitelist IPs before accessing your proxies via API.
You can conveniently manage your whitelisted IPs directly from our dashboard, please make sure that the IP address(es) that will access your proxy service are on your Whitelist before accessing your proxies via API.
Adding Whitelists
To add a new Whitelist IP to connect to your proxies, kindly navigate to the "Whitelist" section on the sidebar menu of your dashboard. This will lead you to the Whitelist Dashboard.
Click on the "Add Whitelist" button to initiate the creation of your IP Whitelist.
There are 2 fields in the Create IP Whitelist page:
The 1st one is a required field for adding the IP address, which will be used to connect to your proxies.
The 2nd one is an optional field for you to fill in the remarks. Finally, click on the "Submit" button to complete the creation of your IP Whitelist.
You can only add IPs in IPv4 format (xx.xx.xx.xx). To protect the security of your account, when adding an IP address, make sure it is an IP that only you have access to, please do not add public facing server nodes to your Whitelist.
Editing Whitelists
You can edit the remarks information, etc. of your Whitelist IP by clicking the "Remark" button. To edit multiple Whitelist IPs, select the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the list, and click on the "Batch Remarks" button.
Removing Whitelists
To remove a Whitelisted IP, click on the "Delete" button on the right-hand side of the Whitelisted IP's row. To delete multiple, select the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the list, and click on the "Batch Delete" button.
