Manage Auto-Renewal
In this section of your dashboard, you can conveniently set up "Auto-Renewal" for your ISP proxies, as outlined in the image. Once enabled, your account will automatically pay for the renewal 3 days before the IP expires using your Wallet Balance, ensuring continuity of service. The renewal is done exclusively via your Wallet. We will also notify you via email in case of auto-renewal failure.
To manage your Auto-Renewal, follow these steps:
● Log in to your dashboard.
● Go to Static Residential Proxies > IP List section.
● Find your subscription on My Proxy List and make necessary changes.
To turn on the auto-renewal, please tick on the proxy IP items that you would like to renew, and click on the "Auto-Renewal" button (click on "Batch Renewal" button if you want to renew multiple), review your information on the pop-up window to make sure everything is correct and click on the "Submit" button, the auto-renewal will then be set up successfully. The auto-renewal status bar will turn into blue color, indicating the function is turned on and it will automatically deduct the payment 3 days before your IP expires.
Alternatively, click on the "Renew" button, and enable the auto-renewal toggle button on the right-hand side "Payment Details" window, it will turn into blue color, after you click on the "Continue to pay" button to complete the payment, this proxy IP will be auto-renewed 3 days before the next billing cycle.
To turn off Auto-Renewal, simply click the toggle button under the "Turn on" tooltip, it will turn grey indicating that it's off and will not charge you automatically anymore.
If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal subscription, be sure to do so at least 3 days before the next billing cycle begins. Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team.
