Manage Your Orders

After your order has been created, you will land on the "IP List" section of your Static Residential Proxies Dashboard. This provides you with a comprehensive view of all your Static Residential Proxy orders, both active and expired. It features advanced filtering options which allow you to sort and view your orders based on various criteria, not just the order status. These filters contribute to effective management and quick access to specific orders.

Each order entry includes convenient functions for managing automatic renewals, extending the duration, and quick access to configuring your proxies.

Advanced Management Features

Batch Renewal - Select multiple proxy IP entries that you want to auto-renew, then click the "Batch Renewal" button, choose the plan from the pop-up window, and click the "Submit" button after confirming that everything is correct. The selected IPs will be auto-renewed 3 days before the expiration date. This feature only supports Wallet payment, so please make sure that your wallet balance is sufficient.

Batch Remarks - Select multiple proxy IP entries that you want to add a batch remark to, then click the "Batch remarks" button. This feature can save you time and ensure consistent tagging.

Export - Export your proxy list for your own records and to help you manage your proxy usage.

Advanced Filtering Options

IP Address - Search for a specific order by its static IP address

Country - Search for specific orders based on location

Status - Active, Expired

Auto-Renewal - Turn on, Turn off

Date Range - Allocated time or expiration time

These filtering options allow you to quickly narrow down your search to only view the orders relevant to your specific inquiry.

Order Entry Functions

IP Address and Port - These are the real ISP IP address and the assigned port of your order, which need to be used via Username/Password Authentication.

Allocate Time - After ordering your proxies, you need to wait for the ISP IP address to be allocated, thus the actual allocated time will prevail, usually it won't take long.

Status - Expired orders are not allowed to extend the duration.

Auto-Renewal - This shows the billing cycle if it's turned on, and you can also turn it off directly.

Renew - You need to renew your IP address within its rental period to make it work properly. Once the IP address is expired, you will not be able to renew it.

Configure - Quick access to the proxy configuration page to generate your Username/Password credentials.
