# Order Proxies

In this guide, we will take you through the process of ordering Static Residential Proxies with detailed screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Our goal is to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Let's go through the ordering process together, so you can start using our proxy services right away.

To begin purchasing Static Residential Proxies, kindly navigate to the "Dedicated Static" section on the sidebar menu of your dashboard. This action will lead you to the Static Residential Proxies Dashboard.

Once you are in the dashboard, click on the "Pricing" button to initiate the creation of your proxy order.

### Choose IP Type

711Proxy offers two types of static IPs:

* Native IP - Real local user network with higher stability
* ISP IP - Server-based network allocation with lower cost

### Select Proxy Locations and Subnet

Next, you need to choose the proxy location that best fits your needs. We offer options across different countries/regions. Browse the available locations on our website and select the proxies and quantity you want for your order.

The summary panel on the right displays your plan duration, proxy location and quantity, as well as the total price.

Click the “Select Range Now” button to proceed to the next step. You can choose a specific IP range or select one randomly, then complete your purchase.

### Complete Your Order and Pay

For your convenience, you can choose from a variety of payment methods. Whether you prefer to use a credit card, cryptocurrency, Alipay, or your Wallet Balance, simply select your preferred payment method and review your order summary to make sure everything is correct. If you have a coupon code, enter it and click on "Apply."

After completing these actions, click on the "Continue to pay" button to be directed to the corresponding payment page to finalize your purchase.

Upon successful processing of your 711Proxy order, you will be presented with a confirmation message and this page will display information regarding your order.

If you do not receive your proxies after your order has been paid for, please provide your registered email account, order number, and a screenshot of the successful payment receipt. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please provide screenshots or a video of the issue. Send the aforementioned information to <support@711proxy.com>, and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
