Before integrating the proxy into your Mac, make sure you have set up the proxy correctly to guarantee that the proxy service will work properly.
1. Click on the logo icon in the upper left corner and select "System Preferences" from the menu.
2. Click "Network" settings.
3. Click the "Advanced" button at the bottom right corner of the window.
4. After entering the Advanced page, click the "Proxies" tab in the menu bar, and in the corresponding page, select the protocol type and enter the proxy details provided by the administrator or the proxy service, such as server, port, username, password, etc.
5. Enter the required information for the proxy and click "OK" to save the changes.
6. Detect your IP through the browser, the current IP address and the proxy IP is the same, it means that the proxy setup is successful.
