Unable to Connect

Your device needs certain conditions to be met in order for the proxy connection to be established.

First, make sure that you:

● are connected to the Internet

● use correct username parameters

● use a valid proxy host address and a correct port

Additional actions to try:

1. Disable your antivirus application (if any).

2. If using a remote server, make sure that your Firewall has a pass-through for the port your proxy is operating on.

3. Try to connect using a different proxy tool.

4. Try to connect using a different network (mobile data, another Wi-Fi network).

5. Try to switch to another proxy host. Refer to the host and port guide for available proxy server addresses.
